Hello,

I want to add a square (frame) to my homescreen in order to "highlight" certain groups of icons. What's the best way to go about this? (i don't want to use the background picture for this, it should be something more flexable)

There is "Line" gadget, so you can use several line to make square. In the upcomming version there's a possibility to add any image on desktop, you'll be able to make your own square however you want.
